Athletics Carnival 2009

Cameron Lovelock - represented the school & Sydney South West Region at the State AFL Championship in Broken Hill. Although the SSW team did not place, the attitude& sportsmanship shown by the boys was outstanding.

Jesse Dmitriev will represent the school & Sydney South West Region at the State Cross Country at Eastern Creek Raceway on Friday 31st July 2009. Good Luck.

Rosemeadow Public School Athletics Carnival will be held early Term 3.

Term 3 Gala Days are scheduled for 21st August 2009 and 18th September 2009.

HOUSE NAMES - GROUPS

As of 2001 all new students and Kindergarten students have been allocated into new sporting houses, based on their last name.

Last names starting with:

• A to D will be in ROSE (Red)
• E to K will be in RUSE (Blue)
• L to R will be in HUME (Yellow)
• S to Z will be in MACARTHUR (Green).

At this stage some children will be in a different house group to that of their brother or sister. In time all family members will eventually be in the same sporting house groups.
