Parent Helpers

Parent help and participation in school activities is encouraged.   Parents may become involved through:

• P & C membership and attendance at meetings
• Fundraising projects and working bees
• Special events eg. Book Week Parade, Sports Carnivals
• Voluntary classroom help in a variety of areas

Please speak to your child's teacher or any member of the executive if you are able to help.   All helpers should sign the Helper's Book whenever they are in the school in any volunteer capacity and wear the designated helper's identity label which should be returned to the office when leaving the school.

Parent Helpers need to complete "Confidentiality Agreement Forms and Prohibited Declaration Forms" before commencing work in the classrooms. These are available at the office.

The school values the support given by parents in the classroom. Parents are welcome to offer support with Reading and other activities in their child's class.This help is greatly appreciated by students and staff.
